The Donatos in Riverside, OH is the best one. The service is always super friendly and helpful. The food and pizza is always hot and fresh. I adore the drive up window. Comes in handy when busy or raining. I dislike the Donatos in Kettering. The pizza is always lukewarm, not cooked in the middle, and has an odd, unpleasant aftertaste. Perhaps their ovens? I will drive all the way to Riverside when I want a Donatos fix.

This Donatos pizza (Kettering) is so wonderful. I'm always greeted by kind workers and the food is always good! Sometimes while waiting for food I take in the exciting atmosphere created by the workers. It is both professional but fun and I am happy to see such comradery in the workplace. Keep it up!
Only ever had one less than stellar experience here (I had applied an online promo code to my order and the discount was removed upon pick-up because I didn't have a physical coupon). Delivery and pick-up times are always short for me and food always tastes fresh. Their chicken harvest salad is my favorite salad ever!
Every time we visit Dayton we eat Donatos at least twice. The pizza is just something that I crave the moment we hit the state of Ohio. Their large pizzas are enough to make 2 people uncomfortably full or 3 people normally full. We usually get a large and split it between the two of us which is a little gross, oh well. The only disappointment was the last time we went in. We called ahead to order a pizza and we waited, and waited and waited for nearly 25 minutes in the restaurant before we actually got to eat our food. Four people who ordered take-out got their pizzas before us which was irritating considering we were the only customers actually eating IN the restaurant. On that same visit the bottom of our pizza was burnt on one side, but we didn't want to complain and wait another 25 minutes, so we ate around it. It was sad since we look forward to Donatos so much. We remedied that visit by ordering delivery a couple nights later and everything came out perfectly.
